Elephant’s head point
One of the favourite and picturesque tourist spot in Mahabaleshwar. Enjoy the majestic views of sunrise & sunset at this beautiful spot viewing the stunning view of the Sahyadri ranges. Its also called as a needlepoint as the gap between the trunk & head of the elephant when viewed from far looks like a needle hole.


Arthur’s seat
A single point combined of different viewpoints, this is also called as Queens of all points like Tiger Sprint Point, Hunter Point, Echo Point, Window Point and Malcolm Point. Athur’s seat is a 30 min trek away from the parking lot and offers the mesmerizing views of valleys and the Savitri river. Arthur’s seat is also famous for the floating back of light objects, things like bottle, caps & other low weighted objects when thrown floats back due to the high wind plessure.


Lingmala Waterfall
This absolutely awe-inspiring waterfall is located right near the Mahabaleshwar-Pune road. With the lush views & breathtaking aura, the place is surely a must visit on your trip to Mahabaleshwar. There are 2 waterfalls over here, a smaller one, which is even suitable for swimming during the monsoon & the larger waterfalls that’s at a height of 500 feet.


Venna Lake
This manmade lake is spread over an area of 28 acres with a periphery of 7 to 8 km. Offering scenic views, the tourist can also enjoy boating, horse riding and there is also some play area with different rides for kids to have fun time and one can also find many eateries around, for the right reasons, the place is mostly crowded.


Tiger’s Spring
A 10 minute walk away from the Arthur’s Seat, this thermal spring near Sahvitri river is sure to amaze you. The shallow waters are ideal to experience and spend a solitary relaxing time amidst natures gift. It is also believed to have infused spiritual powers.


Panchgani’s Kaas Plateau
This magical landscape in panchgani, housing a variety of wildflower species, spread over 1000 hectare area. At this beautiful biodiversity place, one can view the lake, endemic flowers and butterflies all around. The flora of this nature tressure has been attracting a lot of visitors; hence to maintain the charm of the entire place, the visitor’s count is restricted to 3000 per day only. Kaas Plateau has been declared as the UNESCO World Natural Heritage sites of India in 2012.
